SoCal median home prices increased 2% last month as inventory of homes continued to shrink
According to the following article in the SD Union Tribune, dated November 17, 2009, “median home prices in Southern CA rose nearly 2 percent last month from September, as the inventory of homes for sale continued to shrink and lenders worked to avoid fresh foreclosures”.
